I just wanted to write to you to express my thanks to one of your drivers, who was assigned to collect myself and my Mum to take us from our hotel, the Pestana Miramar, to the airport on Thursday, 26 October.
We had a bit of an emergency just as we were due to leave the hotel –my bag went missing and it contained our flight boarding passes, passports, my wallet and mobile phone. As you can imagine, we were in complete panic. Ultimately, the bag was returned but not before Driver really supported us by helping us to search for the missing bag and finally getting us to the airport in time to make our flight. All the time, being so kind and considerate. He was a true gentleman and we can’t thank him enough for his thoughtfulness and kindness.
He really is a great ambassador.

Efficient and Courteous
Booked online. Driver was waiting at the airport when we arrived and again waiting in the hotel reception on our return. Drivers were efficient and courteous and vehicles in good condition and very clean. What more could you ask for. Thank you for your service I will use your company again.

Dear RosaI can highly recommend this company for transfers, we were met as soon as we walked out of arrivals by a well dressed friendly driver, the car was a new Mercedes min bus and the driver pointed out interesting places all the way to destination, the same can be said of the return journey, both drivers represented the company well and we were happy with the price too.

Great Service
Dear RosaA truly great service, no problem to change the times on the return leg, I did check with taxi's in Funchal and they wanted almost 80 EU for return booking. This cmpany was way below that. The divers werre tops, extremely helpful. Don't bother checking anywhere else, just book it. Yors withoout wax. Ken& Margaret Incidentally the poor spelling is entirely due to the translation of English to Portuguese.

Very Smoothly
Dear RosaJust a quick note:
1. To thank you for organising our airport transfers on 28 March and yesterday. Both went very smoothly.
2. The leaflet "Suggestion of Restaurants". We tried out some of the restaurants and found them to be good.
One possible addition to the list is Dona Joana restaurante, Rua de Santa Maria 77, Funchal. Good service and very good food indeed. And prices are comparable to nearby restaurants.

Excellent Service
Excellent service provided for a very good price. I booked a two-way trip and on both occasions, my driver was on time. It seems that they have a very well-mannered and welcoming workforce. Hassle-free all the way from the booking process to the actual airport transfer on the day, Unfortunately, I didn't manage to get the names of either of the drivers, but they deserve praise. The vehicles were spacious, clean inside and out, and overall, very well-maintained. I would definitely recommend Madeira Airport Transfers to everyone. Thank you.
