BRILLIANT SERVICE
Good morning, Just to let you know how impressed we were with your service. We booked on line which was very easy and then easily found your man with the sign when we landed. Susanna took us to Madeira Regency Cliff and was friendly and very informative all the way there. I just wante tto get in touch to thank you enormously for the service we received from your company during a recent holiday in Madeira. Our driver Michael picked us up from the airport on 1st of August after our plane was delayed due to a gunman on plane. The delay meant that there was no one at our apartment to meet us and Michael stayed with us and helped us out until he was sure our accommodation was ok. He was so lovely and kind. He found a local hotel and tried to get us accommodated there until we managed to get in touch with our apartment owner. During the currse of our holiday we were evacuated to the football stadium because of the fires and after Michael saw us on the news he came to find us at the airport on our way home to see if we were all ok and to give us a bottle of madeira wine. He is a wonderful, kind, helpful and patient man and he is an asset to your company. Thank you for all of your help, responding to emails so promptly and making a difficult situation a little easier. We've been travelling to Madeira now for some 7 years and often 2/3 times a year. When we're on a package, the transfer is often included but if we are travelling independently then we always use Madeira Airport Transfers. They are superbly reliable both for pick-up at the airport but, more importantly, also for pick-up for the return home. Canot recommennd highly enough. To the company we say "Keep up the good work". To holidaymakers we say "Try them once and you'll use them again".

We have never booked a private transfer before, we usually just get the local bus and then find our own way to the hotel, but because it was our first time in Madeira and we were arriving late afternoon we thought it would be easier to book a private transfer. The price seemed very reasonable. You just email them with your flight times and they do all the rest. On arval att tthe airport the driver was waiting for us, she was very chatty and helpful giving us information about the island. We were glad that we didn't rely on the local bus service as our hotel was halfway up a mountain and we would have struggled with our cases. It only took about 15 minutes to get from the airport to our hotel. On our return journey to the airport, again the driver was very punctual and he dropped us right outside the terminal, right in front of the easy jet check in desk. We would definitely recommend this service..

Very sorry that this is a little late but I wanted to say thank you to the gentleman who took us to Santa Cruz. What a delightful man. We certainly felt safe with him.
